Day 1

Mandalay Arrival

Enjoy a personal meet by our experienced driver at your hotel in Mandalay .Get ready for your amazing tour of Mandalay city, with top destinations like Mahamuni Pagoda,Zay Cho Market,Royal Palace, Shwenandaw Kyaung and Kuthodaw Pagoda.

Then climb up to the Mandalay Hill to see sunset on the Irrawaddy River and Mandalay City view. Overnight at Mandalay.

Day 2

Outskirts of Mandalay

After you have finished breakfast, the second day of your trip begins with Mingun Pahtotawgyi.Then visit to the Mya Thein Dan Pagoda and Mingun Bell. Afterwards, head to Sagaing Hill,Umin Thonesae and Soon Oo Ponya Shin Pagoda overlooking Ayeyarwaddy River.

Next stop is Sagaing’s local market and discover locally made pottery, silver and other handicrafts. The afternoon’s activities will kick off with a visit to Amarapura, Myanmar’s penultimate royal capital. You’ll stop at a silk weaving workshop known for their exquisite merchandise. Once the sun starts to set, visit to U Bein Bridge which is one of the most impressive sunsets in memory. Overnight at Mandalay.

 

 

Day 3

Mandalay to Bagan by Cruise

Enjoy your delicious hotel breakfast before your transfer to Gaw Wein Jetty around 06:00 am and take a cruise to Bagan.Once we board our cruise,enjoy the scenery and see the life style of Burmese people that are living on the Ayeyarwaddy riverbank.Throughout the boat trip, enjoy sight seening to Yandabo for 45 minute, a typical Myanmar village on the river bank of Ayeyarwaddy.

Our first stop is Yandabo monument, where a peace treaty between the East India Company and Myanmar was signed. And walk through village to observe the daily life of this pottery village. Learn about the history and significance of village from professional guide and chat to the locals about their lives. Buffet lunch will be served on board and we will continue our journey to Bagan.We will have tea break  and enjoy your time. Your cruise will arrive at Bagan at the afternoon and enjoy your evening with friends and family.
Tonight’s dinner will be served at Nandar resturant and enjoy the traditional puppet show. Our professional driver will ensure your safe return for overnight in your Bagan hotel.

Day 4

A day at Bagan

After breakfast we will  roam around this fascinating Archaeological Zone. Here we will explore remnants of the Shwezigon Pagoda where we will be introduced to Bagan’s rich history.
 Next up, get ready to immerse yourself in the full grandeur of Burmese culture at Htilominlo, one of the largest and most impressive temples in Bagan. Let yourself get lost in the splendour of its fine plaster carvings over its arch pediments, frieze and other stunning architectural qualities.

Lunch will be served at a delicious local restaurant before a comfortable transfer to your hotel to take some rest for 1-2 hours.
Our afternoon of adventure begins with a visit to Ananda Temple. Built in the early Mon-Myanmar style, the Ananda Temple is an architectural masterpiece and one of Bagan’s most beautiful temples. Ananda contains two unique Buddha images. The Buddha’s expressions seem to change depending on the distance from which the statue is viewed making this temple a truly unique and exciting experience. Next visit is the unforgettable Thatbyinnyu Temple, an asymmetrical cross-shaped temple built in the middle of the 12th century.
Sit back, relax and enjoy an unforgettable sunset over the rolling plains spanning Sunset Hill.

Day 5

Transfer to Kalaw

After breakfast at the hotel, it’s time to make a comfortable transfer to Kalaw.Sit back and enjoy the scenic journey through some of Myanmar’s most beautiful landscape. Be dazzled by all that Shan State has to offer, from towering mountains, through to lush fields before arriving in Kalaw.

On your arrival in Kalaw, first stopping at Hnee Pagoda in the south west of the town, a 500 year old pagoda home to a bamboo Buddha statue. Next visit will be Thein Taung Pagoda and Monastery is a good spot to visit in Kalaw as it is located on a hillside and allows you vistas over the main market and the city center.. The steep walk up the stairs offers great views of Kalaw and the surrounding hills.

Set off in the evening with a knowledgeable local guide. Take a local truck or motor bike ride away from town and then it’s time to hit the trails!
Be excited, because tonight we will have the exciting experience of staying the night in a local home stay.

Day 6

Kalaw Trekking

After a local breakfast at your homestay, be ready to start trekking at 07.00am. Today we will walk through traditional villages with fantastic views and seasonal crops. During the trek, pass over the mountains, hills, beautiful villages, farms, paddies fields and farm animals.

Along the way we will visit local farmer house in the village and walk through tea plantation and mandarin orange groves. We will continue walking to view point where we have lunch while looking at the beautiful view. After lunch, we trek back to Kalaw by other way. Then, transfer to Nyaung Shwe, the gateway to Inle Lake. This evening we will unwind with a vineyard visit at sunset in Nyaung Shwe.

Day 7

A Day at Inle Lake

Today we have the whole day to explore the famous Inle Lake. We will explore every corner possible, from both the shore and the waters.

We will stretch our legs this morning with a relaxing ride along the shore, through local villages and past endless temples.

After a lakeside lunch we’ll hop on board a cruise to start our on-water adventure. We will get fully immersed in the beauty of Inle Lake, passing through floating gardens and monasteries before arriving at Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda.

Look out for the Intha fishermen. A sight to behold, these famous fishermen row their boats with only one leg.

This evening we will unwind with a vineyard visit at sunset in Nyaung Shwe.

Day 8

Good Bye

After breakfast we will take you to the Mandalay Airport for conclusion of you tour, farewells and memories to last a lifetime.
