Overview of Tour
It is an interesting trek through Yarthit and Yaryaw villages and settlements. This is off-the-beaten trail which is ideal for those people who wants to explore the untouched culture and traditional life style of indigenous Palaung and Danu people as the trekking route covers culture, religion and daily lifestyle of these tribe region.We will explore the Myinmahtee Cave.

Itinerary and trekking duration can be adjusted. Trekking guide will brief at your accommodation one day before trip begin. We may discuss about your taste mainly, about tribe you want to see, duration of trek and landscape you wanted to pass through.
We start from Kalaw after your breakfast at 8:30 AM at begin our trek to Palaung tribe village called (Yarthit and Yaryaw). Along the way we will visit local farmer house in the village and walk through tea plantation and mandarin orange groves. We will trek to View Point where we have lunch while looking at the beautiful view. After lunch, trek to (Hinkhargone) village about 1hour (Palaung tribe), (Myindeik train station) (DaNu tribe). We will stop for afew minutes to see some British houses. We will trek to (YarPu) village (DaNu) about 1hour for overnight stop in local homestay. Total walking time for day 1 is 6 hours and 20km.
After the breakfast we will start trek at 7:00 AM from homestay. We going to (MyinMaHtee) cave about 2:30 hours walking time. We’ll have lunch near the cave and we will visit into the cave which has thousand of Buddha image inside. After visit to the cave, we trek back to Kalaw by other way about 2 hours walking time. Total walking time for day 2 is 4:30 hours and 16 km.
