Day1Welcome Yangon - Meal ( / / )

You can expect a personal pick up at your hotel by or Airport by our experienced guide and professional driver.

Be ready to start exploring! We will hop on the breath-taking Yangon Circular Railway for a beautiful scenic train ride around this diverse region. Take the time to enjoy these dynamic views on Yangon’s most stunning train ride.

Your experienced guide will provide expert information and guidance to help you navigate your way to the Insein township for a market visit and help you understand and
explore local daily life at each and every station.

On arrival at Insein station, you can look forward to an array of colorful roadside market vendors. Buy fresh fruits and vegetables and immerse yourself in authentic local life. When you’ve worked up a thirst bargaining for the best prices at the market,

join us at the local tea shop for a well-earned relaxation and cup of local tea.

After we’ve quenched our thirst, we will pay a visit to a couple of Myanmar’s most impressive pagodas,
we will head to Kyauk Taw Pagoda. Located on the top of Mindhama Hill, nestled in Mayangone township, this pagoda is a must see, offering fantastic views across the immediate region.

After our visit to the pagoda, we will continue on to the Chaut Htat Kyi, better known as the reclining Buddha. Laying at 66 meters (217 ft) long and having feet carved with over 108 traditional symbols,
the reclining Buddha is the largest in Myanmar and guarantees to impress. Next, we will make our way to the Htwe Oo Myanmar theatre to enjoy the Puppet Show.

The unique shows typically last for one hour and offer a colorful way to enjoy an ancient tradition. After this fantastic entertainment, we will hop back in the car and take a scenic drive to Shwedagon Pagoda,
one of Myanmar’s most important religious sites. A site to behold, this golden stupa has been at the heart of Myanmar for over 2500 years.

After a busy day, head back to the hotel in Yangon for an overnight stay and relaxation.

Day2Bagan -Meal (B / / )

Today pack your bags as we will fly to world known Bagan.
On arrival to the ancient city, our journey will begin with an exciting visit to a colourful, local market where villagers gather every day to buy and sell their products and other goods. This is a beautiful opportunity to explore local life here in Bagan.

We will continue our journey with a visit to the golden stupa of Shwezigon Pagoda where we will be introduced to Bagan’s rich history.
Next up, get ready to immerse yourself in the full grandeur of Burmese culture at Htilominlo, one of the largest and most impressive temples in Bagan. Let yourself get lost in the splendour of its fine plaster carvings over its arch pediments, frieze and other stunning architectural qualities.
Lunch will be served at a delicious local restaurant before a comfortable transfer to your hotel to take some rest for 1-2 hours.
Our afternoon of adventure begins with a visit to Ananda Temple. Built in the early Mon-Myanmar style, the Ananda Temple is an architectural masterpiece and one of Bagan’s most beautiful temples. Ananda contains two unique Buddha images. The Buddha’s expressions seem to change depending on the distance from which the statue is viewed making this temple a truly unique and exciting experience.
Next visit is the unforgettable Thatbyinnyu Temple, an asymmetrical cross-shaped temple built in the middle of the 12th century.
Relax and enjoy an unforgettable sunset over the rolling plains spanning Sunset Hill near Sulamani Temple.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day3Bagan - Meal (B / / )

We will kick off today with a culturally immersive visit to the rural village of Minnanthu. Minnanthu is one of the few traditional places where you can see cotton weaving and harvesting of crops. This will be our starting point to explore Bagan’s famous temples including the Laymyathnar Monastery Complex, Phayathonsu Temple, and Nandamannya with its mural paintings from the 13th century.

After Lunch, heading back to the hotel for a break of about 1-2 hours.

Your afternoon adventure starts with a convenient pick up by your experienced guide from your hotel ready to begin your e-bike (or bicycle) adventure

Our journey continues to Manuha Temple with its huge Buddha images and the sandstone built Nanpaya Temple. We will learn about the mural paintings inside the Wetkyi-In-Gubyaukgyi Temple, where Jataka scenes and stories from the Buddha cover the walls.
We will end an exciting day with a ride on our e-bikes (or bicycle) to the Myinkabar village where we will have the opportunity to observe a traditional lacquerware workshop. Here local craftsmen and women produce one of Myanmar’s best known handicrafts.
In the late afternoon, to catch a magnificent sunset, we will continue our journey to the Bagan viewing tower.
Later we will return to the hotel for our overnight stay.

Note: e-bike is look like scooter but operate by battery.

Day 4Soft trekking at Mt. Popa - Meal ( B / L/ )

Enjoy a delicious, local breakfast at the hotel before an exciting day of trekking at Mt. Popa.

A comfortable one-hour drive from Bagan will take us to the magnificent Mt. Popa rising 1,520 meters into the sky. From the starting point we will pass through the traditional village located at the foot of Mt. Popa volcano (600m above sea level) and witness the daily activities of local people. We will ascend gradually and, on the way, we will stop to see the two famous abodes of Nats (Spirit), a small natural spring and rushing stream.

As we enter into the beautiful Popa mountain park we will take some time to observe the unique flora & fauna formation at 760m altitude. Beautiful butterflies and rare species of birds can be seen here occasionally. Our journey will take us through the deer park and intriguing sandal wood forest. As we descend along the path bounded by volcanic rocks, we will get to the site where field studies for geological students in Myanmar are often conducted.
Following an exciting day full of adventure, we will head to Mandalay for an overnight stay in our comfortable hotel.

Day 5Boat Trip to Mingun and Mandalay City Excursion - Meal (B / / )

After a delicious breakfast, we will drive to the Mandalay jetty to board a boat trip to Mingun (just 12 km upstream from Mandalay on the west bank).
On our arrival, we will visit Pondaw Paya (a five-meter high structure) Settawya Paya (the valued shrine with a footprint of the Buddha), and Mingun Pahtotawgyi, a massive incomplete monument stupa built by King BodawPaya. We will also take time to see the Mingun Bell (the world-renowned bell weighing 90 tonnes), and Hsinbyume Paya (a representation of the SulamaniPaya which stands atop Mt. Meru).

Following a morning of exciting sightseeing we will head back to Mandalay and have lunch at a local Myanmar food restaurant.
After lunch, we will continue our explorations into Mandalay city where we will have the opportunity to explore Shwenandaw Kyaung. Our adventure continues with a visit to Kuthodaw Paya, more commonly known as the “world’s biggest book”. The slabs of marble are inscribed with the entire Tipitaka Buddhist scriptures.
For sunset, we will venture to the top of Mandalay Hill where we can enjoy a birds-eye view of Mandalay and hopefully a beautiful sunset.
Overnight stay in your comfortable Mandalay hotel.

Day 6Amarapura, Sagaing and Innwa Explore - Meal ( B/ / )

Get ready for another day exploring the ancient cities of Myanmar, Ava (Innwa).
We will have the opportunity to enjoy a colonial form of transport, the horse and cart to visit some of the highlights. We will take time to explore the 27-metre-high masonry watchtower, Nan Myint (known as the “Leaning Tower of Innwa”), the Bagaya Monastery built with 276 teakwood pillars, and also observe a Myanmar tradition alms bowls workshop. We may do some travel in the area by horse cart if possible.

After a delicious lunch to refuel, we will visit the holy Sagaing Hill, the hub of Buddhism in Myanmar.
As the day comes to an end, we will take a leisurely drive to Amarapura for a romantic sunset at the famous U Bein Bridge, made of teak logs and planks over 200 years ago by Mayor U Bein.
Overnight at Mandalay hotel.

Day 7Pindaya and Kalaw ( B/ / )

After breakfast at the hotel, it’s time to make a comfortable transfer to Mandalay airport and board our flight to Heho airport. On your arrival in Heho, you can expect to receive a warm greeting from your professional driver. Sit back and enjoy the scenic journey through some of Myanmar’s most beautiful landscape. Be dazzled by all that Shan State has to offer, from towering mountains, through to lush fields before arriving in Pindaya.

On your arrival in Pindaya, first stopping at Pindaya Market, a typical rural market selling an array of food and dry goods. Then continue to Pindaya Caves to explore this incredible complex. This multi-chambered cave system is filled with hundreds of Buddha statues and is a popular pilgrimage spot for locals. We then visit a local workshop making umbrellas and paper from the mulberry tree. This is one of the few areas in Myanmar still practicing this fast disappearing craft.
Then, transfer to Kalaw, is a former colonial British hill station, with local and colonial style houses. Its altitude ensures that the weather is cool throughout the year.

Start with a visit to Hnee Pagoda in the south west of the town, a 500 year old pagoda home to a bamboo Buddha statue. From there it is a leisurely 40 minute walk to the centre of Kalaw. As with many towns in Myanmar the market lies at the heart of Kalaw and is a hub of activity in the morning when villagers from the surrounding hills come to sell their wares. During the walk to the market there are several reminders of the British colonial period, especially the architecture.
After that walk up to Thein Taung Pagoda and Monastery, just north of the market. The steep walk up the stairs offers great views of Kalaw and the surrounding hills.
Thein Taung Paya is a good spot to visit in Kalaw as it is located on a hillside and allows you vistas over the main market and the city center.

Set off in the evening with a knowledgeable local guide. Take a local truck or motor bike ride away from town and then it’s time to hit the trails!
Be excited, because tonight we will have the exciting experience of staying the night in a local home stay.

Day 8Kalaw Trekking ( B/ L/ )

After a local breakfast at your homestay, be ready to start trekking at 07.00am. Today we will walk through traditional villages with fantastic views and seasonal crops. During the trek, pass over the mountains, hills, beautiful villages, farms, paddies fields and farm animals.

Along the way we will visit local farmer house in the village and walk through tea plantation and mandarin orange groves. We will continue walking to view point where we have lunch while looking at the beautiful view. After lunch, we trek back to Kalaw by other way. Then, transfer to Nyaung Shwe, the gateway to Inle Lake. This evening we will unwind with a vineyard visit at sunset in Nyaung Shwe.
Overnight at Nyaung Shwe.

Day 9A Day At Inle Lake- Meal ( B/ / )

Get ready for an exciting day in one of Myanmar’s most wonderful regions. This morning we will take a comfortable drive to Nyaung Shwe here we can enjoy the five-day rotating market. A fantastic learning opportunity, your experienced guide can tell you all about the local fresh fruit, herbs and ingredients whilst you immerse yourself in local culture.
After enjoying the morning market, we will hop on a 30-minutes relaxing boat ride to the villages on Inle Lake.

Here we will have the opportunity to learn to cook Shan traditional food from local house owners and under the guidance of a friendly, local chef and his wife during an interactive 2-hours cooking class. Once cooked, we will enjoy a social lunch feasting on our own, freshly cooked dishes whilst enjoying stunning views across Inle Lake, the floating gardens and against a backdrop of beautiful mountains. This outdoor spot will really make this a lunch to remember.
After we are refreshed, we will have the privilege of taking a comfortable, private boat to enjoy the local villages and the unique leg-rower fishermen. We will visit the floating gardens built up from strips of water hyacinth and mud, and anchored with bamboo poles, a truly beautiful site. After exploring the lake, we will have the unique opportunity to study traditional ways of fishing, visit traditional silk weaving workshops, cheroot making workshops and silver wear workshops. We will finish off this part of our explorations with a visit to the sacred robe workshops. A once in a life time opportunity to learn about the scared robes woven from lotus fiber from the locals themselves.
We will continue to visit the jumping cat monastery and the most famous pagoda at Inle Lake Phaung Daw. Here the Buddha images have been fantastically layered in gold.

We will make sure you arrive safely back at your hotel at Nayaung Shwe/ Inle Lake where we will stay overnight.

Day 15Goodbye - Meal ( B/ / )
