Morning pick up around 9:30 at hotel. We will continue to visit colorful local market and chance to learn the different uses of different herbs and vegetable, instruct how to choose fresh ingredients. And then we will visit to tea shop. Visiting a tea shop in Myanmar is an authentic cultural experience, and it’s even more enriching because of the incredible history behind it. Tea shops are everywhere in Myanmar, and they are an important part of our communal life. Tea shops are not just where people go to get good, cheap food, it’s a part of our culture, history, and where people go for all matters in life. After that learn to prepare several traditional dishes, using fresh ingredients and spices with Burmese influences. After your cooking lesson, taste the delicious plates for lunch. Around 2:30 pm ride a bicycle through the Burmese villages in the beautiful surrounding countryside. Continuing your adventure on historic Yankin Hill for sunset, enjoy the great view. You are encouraged to bring your camera as you will undoubtedly see skylines, panoramic views and natural beauty that is worth capturing in a lens.
