Begin a walk from hotel along flat path through TAI (SHAN) villages and seasonal vegetable crops, rice paddy along natural spring and stream for 1hr to reach foot-hill.
Walk up along steady uphill path through hill crops and Tai villages at lower part of mountain for couple of hour to reach PALAUNG (minority) village and have lunch break.
After local lunch, walk for sightseeing around in the village and walk back to hotel along the path which local guide will choose different way and village for some part of trek (Except in monsoon)

At the discovery of the most incredible trekking routes to the Palaung hill tribe, we will walk across the rice paddy fields, natural spring, stream, some Shan tribe village and vegetable crop will be our trip fellows. Dedicated to everyone in good health!
